Can you feel cosy and jittery all at once? This next episode of the 15-Min Flash Mix will make you feel just that. Here to get you in the mood is MZA, the producer and DJ alias of Matt Sekiya.
He’s been booked over the years for venues like Offtrack, Choice Cuts and Potato Head to name a few. MZA also runs a music blog called ZŪJAGO that specialises in Japanese jazz, and co-runs a label called Yen Disco Soundsystem that released his debut Balmoral EP in mid-2021, where he explored everything from trip-hop to hip-hop. For the 15-Min Flash Mix, MZA cranks up the BPM for a kinetic, frenetic drum & bass journey; a genre that evolved from his beginnings as a hip-hop DJ.
