Heat Rave: Fresh Promoters FRAU. Invite You To Party In Singapore’s Largest F&B Container Park

The temperature of the party scene has been red hot considering the frequency of events lately. Promoters have been upping their game discovering new pop-up habitats in the city, and we now have another fiery contender hoping to leave its mark. FRAU. has entered the equation with a riveting pitch: Throw a two-stage dance ruckus in Singapore’s largest outdoor F&B container park. Intrigued by this out-of-the-(container)-box premise? Light up that curiosity because FRAU. is presenting Heat Rave.

The debut showcase of the new FRAU. promotion, Heat Rave is livening up the themed Changi enclave by bringing underground dance music to the masses. Instead of your usual party setting, picture a scenic dancefloor situation right beside an airstrip and a medley of 13 different food container vendors serving everything from frog porridge and Taiwanese barbecue to rice bowls and chilli crab. There’s plenty of fuel here to give you all that party stamina.

Heat Rave hammers out a diverse soundtrack with two stages from afternoon till late – the Outdoor Courtyard serving a lighter assortment of UKG, bassline and tech-house; and the Indoor Container encasing a pummelling domain of hard bounce and techno. The organisers of Heat Rave are also proud to exhibit their ties with the DJ community, inviting the likes of Krstn (Low End Hz), Killian.db (Ringtone), Pxxl b2b Vinnie Stew (AltBPM), Nino Blink; not to mention an appearance from Life In Arpeggio’s very own The Beat Usagi.

It's a movement for raw self-expression, genre-fluid energy, and breaking the rules of the dance floor,” shares FRAU. founder Asssun who’s also on the DJ lineup. “I’ve always hated rigid rules, and I wanted to create something that mixes everything up tastefully – where you can experience different genres in one night, where people from all walks of life come together, and where you can truly feel free on the dancefloor. It’s about finding your community, losing yourself in sound, and embracing chaos in the most tasteful way. FRAU. dares to redefine what underground culture can be.”
