It’s a collision of cultures at SUSHISAMBA Singapore, marking the +65 launch of the New York restaurant concept. First rolled out in 1999, the global franchise has made its Asia debut in our little red dot, bringing its signature blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine. Guests can expect to embark on a gastronomic quest of sushi, ceviches and robata grilled offerings, paired with a cocktail assortment of caipirinhas and original libations.

Its architectural identity on the inside features woodwork inspired by Japanese and Brazilian weaving traditions, and a theatre-style open kitchen smack in the centre of the dining room. Perched a lofty 52 storeys atop Capital Tower in the CBD heart, SUSHISAMBA also promises those panoramic VIP views. The lauded concept will also include its exclusive SAMBAROOM, a mezzanine-located speakeasy bar punctuated with bamboo ceilings, a private entrance and a DJ booth showcasing elites and trailblazers in the scene with worldly repertoires.
